Fabi Farias has spent 25 years where major artists meet brand events. At an event, all the entertainment goes through her: from negotiation and contract to technical and dressing room riders, logistics and hotels, all the way to show day. When the client has already chosen the artist, she goes after them and closes the deal; when they have not, she suggests. In large operations she coordinates the entire backstage, with teams of 100 to 400 people across production, dressing rooms, hospitality, accreditation and security.
She led the entertainment operations of YouTube Brandcast (Hands Ag) and TikTok Awards (Hub Brasil), 15 Carnivals at Camarote N1 and the CBLOL championships for Riot Games and Free Fire for Garena (Banco de Eventos). During the 2014 FIFA World Cup, she ran 80 shows in 40 days at the Budweiser Hotel.
She was the artist producer for the Brazil tours of Julio Iglesias, Seal and Macy Gray, and was requested by Kanye West and Jane’s Addiction for their visits to the country. She has worked in the United States, Japan, France, the Czech Republic, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa and Martinique.
She holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Trade, and studied Cultural Law. She speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.

I have had the privilege to work with Fabi on a couple of tours that I did through Brazil. This lady showed us a side of Brazil that we would have never been able to see. She took us to her home town restaurant and showed us the REAL Brazil with all its passion and beauty. One crazy tour I was on was with Macy Gray a short while ago.... The tour was a huge chaotic headache, except when we got to Brazil... When arriving there we all met Fabi and everyone relaxed. She completely made everyone feel super welcome and at ease. She is SUPER personable, professional, and knowledgable. And she has such an easy (yet always having everything perfectly under control) kinda way about her. I would absolutely LOVE to work with her any chance I get!
